ADult/youth Ministries

Opportunities for involvement!

There are ministries and areas of service that adults and children can be part of.  

These provide spiritual growth beyond the worship hour.

  •  Christian Academy 

    We have offered Christian education for over 40 years!  This is a K5 through 12th Grade Academy.  It is for Christian parents who want their children educated in math, science, history, etc. from a Biblical worldview.  We are tuition-based. 

  • Ladies' Ministry

    This ministry is a vibrant part of our congregation.  A sizeable group of ladies have occasional Bible studies, community projects, visitations of shut-ins, and so much more. 

  • Transportation Ministry

    We provide vans to pick up children and adults for worship and Sunday school. Call Mr. Ray @ 678-477-2771

  • Senior Saint Ministry

    Once a quarter or so, our seniors have outings like eating out, day trips, or service projects.

  • Men's Bayou Dinner

    We have men who enjoy cooking. Annually, we get together for fried catfish, jambalaya, and crawfish boil.

    You might enjoy serving with the food prep team. 

  • Annex Property

    God has blessed us with 18 acres beyond our main location.  We have special events here - suppers, fishing, concerts, etc.  This property needs mowed during the spring, summer, and fall.  You are welcome to help us.

  • Pre-Thanksgiving Meal

    We provided a meal for individuals in our community the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  We usually serve 750 to 1,000 plates each year.  We offer pick-up or delivery.  We need cooks, servers, drivers, etc.  

  • Christmas

    We join forces with Lilburn Christian Church for Christmas Concerts.  We need singers and musicians.  This opportunity for service is under the direction of Dwyane Wylds, music minister at LCC.
